Painting in Spain February 2014

costa de la luz airports

Take a break from the winter and head south to enjoy some fantastic Spanish scenery, food and wine plus GREAT PAINTING with English artist and teacher Nicola Blakemore. It’s sure to be fun.

Nicola is spending some time in the area and thought it might be nice to have some painting companions. She will be staying in Vejer de la Frontera from January 20th for two months.

Left shows a map with a choice of airport locations and where Vejer de la Frontera is located. For more information about the area visit the link below.

As a suggestion, accommodation (which can offer self-catering facilities) can be found at El Cubillo, Santa Lucia and can start from Saturday February 8th. They have five double rooms so places are limited. It would be great if the places kamagra in australia were filled with visiting artists and we can cook and eat together or go out.

In the first instance check what flights/dates are available to you, then register interest with Nicola at

Nicola is proposing four days of painting classes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, each day being of about six hours duration at a cost of 75 euros per person per day. This schedule will give you some free time to explore the area as you wish.

The fabulous cities of Cádiz and Jerez are a short drive (40 minutes) and Seville is only 80 minutes away. The amazing 18 kms. of pristine beaches and Trafalgar’s Monument are 10 minutes away – with many wonderful seafood restaurants to tempt your palette.
