International Painting Group

Congratulations

One Scottish lady and five Swedish people got on really well, had great fun and learnt a lot about watercolour painting. Here we  all are enjoying a glass of something fizzy before going to dinner at ‘Le Terminus.’

The first week in October and we were still able to enjoy an ‘apero’ in the beautiful gardens at ‘Maison Quarante.‘ We were also still able to work outside until a light wind caused us to retreat indoors.

They were all complete beginners and had a lot to learn, but they certainly embraced my teaching and gradually began to work with their paints and produce some super work.

Some of their paintings showed some ‘still life’ compositions which were helping them to learn how their paints would work and how they avodart could create special effects for added interest.

Photos were taken in and around the village, sketches made and pictures painted as a great reminder of a super painting holiday here in the fabulous south of France.

And maybe, next year I might be making a trip to Sweden to teach a group there…..wouldn’t that me fun.

If you’de like to join me in France next year, reserve soon as places are being booked up quickly for the April event.

Below is a small selection of pictures taking during the event.
