Amendment Fees and Conditions

Amendments made more than 30 days before arrival: All amendments to passenger names, date of arrival or course duration are free of charge if made at least 30 days before your booked arrival date.

Amendments made within 30 days of arrival:
Any amendments made within 30 days will be considered on a case by case basis and charged accordingly.
Amendments made on the day or after arrival:
No refunds or part-refunds will be given for any curtailment or amendment to any part of your booking made on or after your arrival date.
Please Note:
If you wish to change your date of arrival, the new date must be within the same calendar year. Date changes from one year to the next year are not permitted without charge.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other schools or courses. No refund can be given for any difference between the old and new deposit amounts and the difference will not be credited to the new balance due.
All amendment requests are subject to availability.

Cancellations Fees and Conditions

Any cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival will result in the loss of the deposit paid.
Should you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date or fail to turn up for your course, you will be charged 100% of the total value of the course and all extras booked (less any deposit paid).
No refunds will be given for curtailments or cancellations on or after the course start date.
Arrival and Payment Instructions
Our booking system allows you to keep your money with you for longer. This is how it works: there’s no need to pay for the entire holiday course up front – all you do is pay a small deposit through our online booking system, and then pay the remainder directly to the course supplier as follows…
Balance Due Date: 30 days before arrival Unless a special arrangement has been agreed with the supplier
Supplier Accepts: Euros by Bank transfer, Paypal or cash on arrival
Full details of how and when to pay the balance will be given during the booking process and will be printed on your confirmation voucher.

General Conditions

‘PHF’ cannot be held responsible to any loss or damage of your own art equipment and materials.

‘PHF’ cannot accept responsibility for any cancellations or effects on your course due to war, threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse and extreme weather conditions that result in the cessation of schedule activities.

‘PHF’ strongly advises that you take out holiday insurance before the date of departure. Insurance should cover full medical expenses, cancellation by you as a result of illness or injury, personal baggage, personal accident, accidental loss or damage to property, third party liability, legal expenses and emergency.

This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are governed by French law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of French courts at all times.

If any client should suffer death, illness or injury while overseas arising out of activity that does not form part of the course arrangement, ‘PHF’ will not take responsibility, nor will pay compensation.

‘PHF’ accepts no responsibility for any problems arising from encounters with local insects or local animal life such as dogs etc. Naturally we shall make every effort to protect our clients at all times, given th rural setting in which they will find themselves.

If the course is under subscribed (minimum of four people ) but both PHF and the clients are happy for the holiday to go a head, an extra fee per day will be charged at the rate of 50 euros.

Should a client arrive and it is clear that they have a condition either physically or mentally that impedes their ability to fully engage with the planned course and alternative exercises have to be planned, and PHF had not been informed at the time of booking, PHF reserves the right to charge a supplement of 50 euros per day for the inconvenience caused to PHF and the other participants.
